The Entrepreneurshit Podcast challenges conventional business podcasts. We think we can learn more from one another's mistakes than we can from the triumphs.

Mainstream entrepreneurship podcasts out there seem to focus on the ones individuals and businesses who have already “made it.” They leverage well-known names to get more listeners and downloads. They interview founders who already run "successful" businesses, who comprise the minority of business owners.

We think that's bullshit.

Hero stories are cool, but we can't all be unicorns. Most of us don’t care to be. Not everyone wants to listen to the “hero” stories. We, as entrepreneurs, are natural problem solvers and we find more inspiration from pain and suffering.

Progress in our societies and economies are dependent upon the change-makers and people who are discontent with the status quo. We tackle tough problems, provide needed community services, and grind every day to build long-term sustainable businesses that will never reach "unicorn" status.
